Current Exhibition Extended

Eustace, who is around 60 years old, (but doesn't know his exact age), has been painting for approximately 7 years. He began to use art as a form of expression and a way to manage his mental health. When encouraged by a local mental health charity to develop his talent Eustace tirelessly developed his technique of creating vibrant geometric patterns on board and canvas, that appear to be digital but are all hand painted with amazing symmetry and precision.

After experimenting over the years, he has developed his own style which has an Afrocentric vibe with a touch of science fiction giving his work an ‘Afrofuturist’ feel. This is what makes up the body of work in our current exhibition.
